My passion for real estate grew from my career path — customer service, account representation, marketing and graphic design, real estate — as well as from my strong, honest and straight-forward representation and help for Buyers and Sellers — and the best deals possible! I enjoy providing folks with guidance, coordination, and facilitation of processes for real estate transactions.

I was drawn to the Pikes Peak region because of the many parks, open spaces, trail systems, walk-ways through neighborhoods, excellent quality of life, loads of sunshine, stunning mountain views from just about everywhere you go, a strong military presence, a growing and diverse population, the closeness of mountain recreation and of Denver, gorgeous sunsets and sunrises, etc.!

My "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently.
